What personal data we collect and why we collect it
HoneyRun team and the PTFA policy is to respect your privacy regarding any personal information we may collect. We collect the following information
- Your and/or your child's first and last name
- Year group and Class of your child
- Your e-mail address, optional for receiving your child's e-certificate
Reason we are collecting the data is to consolidate accurately the results per year group and in end of the fundraiser - reveal the overall winning class. Email address is used to distribute e-certificate for participation.

We will not share your data with anybody, other than with Honeywell school.
How long we retain your data
Data will be retained for the period of the HoneyRun event (27th June - 12th July . After that, the data will be extracted from the database and transferred to Honeywell School.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you have made a donation to the PTFA we may keep a record of your name, contact details and donated item or service in accordance with our Data Retention and Deletion Policy (which is available upon written request to honeywell.ptfa@gmail.com).
